Se inició en Beiersdorf A.G. en el área de Marketing en Alemania en la División Europa, continuó su carrera de Marketing en Procter & Gamble Company alcanzando la Dirección de Marketing trabajando en diferentes cargos, países y categorías de la División Latinoamérica, y siguió su carrera en PepsiCola Company en la Gerencia General y Comercial en la División Latinoamérica.
Pablo es Director de Empresas y Consultor de Empresas en Chile y Latinoamérica, socio fundador y Presidente de una importante consultora XPG ConsultNet que trabaja con diferentes industrias en planificación estratégica, retail, customer management e innovación. Es Director Académico y Profesor Diplomados Retail Management en la Facultad de Economía y Negocios de la Universidad de Chile, y Profesor del Magister de Marketing Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Ingeniero Comercial de la Universidad de Chile, con 39 años de experiencia profesional en importantes cargos ejecutivos tanto en el sector privado, como en el sector público y también en el ámbito gremial empresarial. Actualmente se desempeña como Vicepresidente Ejecutivo de la Industria del Retail Financiero A.G.
Trabajó en la Empresa Periodística El Mercurio, VTR Telecomunicaciones, Corporación de Fomento y la Producción (CORFO), ha sido director de empresas (Empresa Eléctrica Colbún, Minera Guanaco, Telecheque, DBNET , entre otras). También se desempeñó como delegado en la Misión de Chile ante la OMC y UN en Ginebra y durante 12 años fue Gerente General de la Cámara de Comercio de Santiago.
Gwen’s career is devoted to helping companies grow through meaningful customer engagement and activation across formats, platforms and experiences. She analyzes the intersection of retail and technology to envision the future of global retail. Gwen is also passionate about supporting entreprenuers who seek to launch their innovations in a fast changing envrioment. She contributes time to Endeavor ‘s worldwide network as a mentor and on their International Selection Panels.

While running WPP’s Global Retail Practce for over 18 years, Gwen was responsible for extending the company’s leadership in the future of commerce and providing added value through client and industry initiatives. Gwen supported global resources around emerging technologies ,particualry voice and visual search that are re-shaping shopping rituals and blurring the lines between content and commerce.
As a commerce trends expert, Gwen identifies issues critical to retailers and brands in the form of presentations, webinars, playbooks and reports. She launched an iTunes channel to share high level retail topics from industry leaders. This work inspires retail stakeholders to innovate for the new era of unified commerce where data drives brand content, product innovation and transforms future access to goods and services.
Gwen has written and presented extensively on retailing with purpose and engaging consumers with social responsibility initiatives. She led a a global study on behalf of Coca-Cola Retailing Research Council on the capabilities of retailers that thrive in volatile, emergent markets. Key themes from this work was subsequently published in HBR. Gwen is a contributor to The Robin Report and serves on the editorial board of Journal of Brand Strategy, where she has contributed numerous articles. A frequent speaker at international conferences including CES, NRF, Latam CongresShop, and Retail Leader’s Forum ( Sydney) Gwen also is a guest lecturer at Northwestern University, U of C, Berkely and University of Arizona. Gwen serves on the Advisory Board of Fashion Group International (FGI) and is an ambassador for the Open Voice Network, supported by MIT.
Amanda Bourlier is the Head of Retailing at Euromonitor International, a global market research company that develops insights on consumer goods and service sectors in over 100 countries. Amanda leads Euromonitor’s research in the retail space, with particular specialization in e-commerce. Her insights support the strategies of leading retailers, CPG companies, and tech companies, and have been featured in publications such as the Wall Street Journal and CNN Business.
Paula Goñi is a senior research analyst at Euromonitor International based in Santiago. In her role, Paula analyses the services and payments landscape, providing insights on consumer trends, innovation, competitive environments and the effects of economic dynamics across industries. Paula is focused on Latin American markets, with an emphasis on Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru. She frequently contributes with key publications among the region such us La Tercera (Chile) and El Comercio (Peru).
Roger´s all professional life has been shared between the development of a family business and his personal inclination for the sciences. With regards to business, he has always been involved in the Commercial Areas and had a major participation in starting up and developing a manufacturing facility in Venezuela for toys and games. In the process of finding novelties and products to manufacture and import, Roger visited major trade fairs since 1974 and acquired an in-depth knowledge of markets and industrial operations in China, Denmark (as exclusive distributors of LEGO in Venezuela since 1990), Italy (home products) and the US.
As major manufacturers / importers and distributors of several Nonfood products, the companies Roger was involved with were important suppliers of Makro Venezuela. Through this experience is that Makro Venezuela and these companies conducted several operations of joint buying, and is the main reason why Roger ended up managing MSA Joint Buying Operation from June 2005 to February 2006. In February 2006 he was appointed CEO of Makro Argentina. In 2010 he was appointed CEO of Makro Brazil, and in 2017 Roger was appointed CEO of Makro Group.
Ricardo Alonso, Gerente Corporativo Regional de Comercio Electrónico de Falabella, cuenta con 18 años de experiencia profesional en las áreas de Marketing y Retail. En el 2002 asumió la Gerencia General de Falabella.com Chile y actualmente tiene a cargo la operación regional de esta división dentro del grupo Falabella. Importante trayectoria en la industria del Retail y en e-commerce, planificación estratégica y gestión de proyectos a nivel latinoamericano. Ha liderado el desarrollo del sitio más grande de Chile, Falabella.com y ha sido responsable de la apertura de nuevos mercados en Argentina, Colombia, y Perú. Ha administrado exitosamente la complejidad de la dinámica de un Multi-channel, balanceando sinergias y un crecimiento agresivo. Posee una reconocida visión del e-business y ha sido precursor en el desarrollo de innovaciones en la industria del comercio electrónico. Impulsor de destacadas iniciativas como lo es el evento anual Cybermonday Chile. Ha promovido las buenas prácticas en la industria y es miembro fundador del Comité de comercio electrónico de la Cámara de Comercio de Santiago
Ingeniero Comercial con más de 20 años de trayectoria en la Industria del Retail. Se ha desempeñado en empresas líderes en Chile y Perú desarrollando proyectos para la transformación y mejora de la Cadena de Suministros, además de contribuir como consultor experto en el tema en variadas empresas de la región. Desde su reconocida experiencia ha desarrollado proyectos de mejora continua de los procesos logísticos, implantación de herramientas tipo SOP, programas colaborativos CPFR e integración de los procesos de Replenishment y Category Mangement.
Cristian lidera hoy la vertical de abastecimiento de Supermercados Peruanos y tiene a su cargo el proyecto de innovación tecnológica que incorpora IA y ML para el abastecimiento autónomo de la Compañía.
David Marcotte is Kantar Retail’s Senior Vice President for Retail Insights with focus on International Retail, Convenience Retailing, Technology, and Retail Processes. He is an experienced leader of international teams, industry strategic consultant and developer of retail solutions. Prior to coming to Kantar Retail he was the Business Intelligence lead for Retail and CPG for IBM with work in POS, merchandising, loyalty programs, IT design, loss prevention, pricing, category management, supply chain, and data modeling. Mr. Marcotte was in the retail industry for 20 years prior to IBM and Kantar Retail in every level of responsibility from the shop floor to executive management within operations. He has also been a member of the Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) Category Management Standards Group, the Association for Retail Technology Standards (ARTS) and the IBM Academy of Sciences. In addition he has helped write and edit widely varying studies and books as “Retail in the Emergent Market”, “Effective Omnichannel Pricing”, “Retail 2020”, and “The Data Warehouse Mentor”.
Jorge McKay, nacido en 1960, estudió Negocios en la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez en Vina del Mar, es casado, tiene 6 hijos y 4 nietos.
Fundó La Fête Chocolat en 2006, hoy en día el mayor fabricante de chocolatería fina en América Latina. Antes trabajó en diversas compañías, dirigiendo por muchos años empresas de exportación vinícola. Actualmente también es miembro del consejo de Unión Social de Empresarios Cristianos (USEC), y del Comité de Asesores de Empresarios de la Escuela de Negocios de la Universidad de los Andes (ESE).
Alicia Enciso is the Chief Marketing Officer for Nestlé USA, responsible for providing functional leadership across marketing and consumer communications. Alicia works closely with Nestlé’s operating divisions and agency partners to lead consumer insights, brand-building initiatives, consumer communications and media, presence and shopper marketing and our recently created EBusiness unit.
Alicia joined Nestlé USA in 2013 as Chief Marketing Officer, and in 2016 was named President of the Nestlé Beverage Division.
The Nestlé Beverage Division produces and markets some of the nation’s best-known beverage brands including Nescafé® Taster’s Choice®; Nescafé® Clasico™, Nescafé® Dolce Gusto; Nestlé® Coffee-mate®; Nestlé® Nesquik®; Nestlé® Hot Cocoa; and Nestea®, Under Alicia’s leadership, the Beverage Division accelerated top and bottom line growth driving strategic innovation, achieving $2 billion in combined annual sales. Alicia returned to the role of Nestlé USA Chief Marketing Officer in 2017. Along with leading the Center for Marketing Excellence – and to ensure full integration of all communication functions – Corporate Communications, Brand PR, Community Affairs and Internal Communications also report directly into Alicia.
Prior to her role at Nestlé USA, Alicia served as Vice President of Consumer and Corporate Communications for Nestlé Mexico, where she successfully increased Nestlé Mexico’s reputation in Trust as well as Nutrition, Health and Wellness leadership. She was also instrumental in strengthening stakeholder engagement programs and building up the marketing function for the company.
Alicia began her career in 1989 at the Procter & Gamble Company as Brand Manager for Oil of Olay, where she continued working for nine years in the company’s Personal Care division. In 1997, she led P&G’s largest Latin American acquisition at the time, creating a new Paper Division in Latin America with the Charmin brand. Soon after, she became General Manager and Shareholder of two separate media companies in Mexico – Tradaq Mexico and Intertouch S.A. In 2005, Alicia served as Principal Consultant and Managing Director of Zyman Consulting Group, where she led the marketing group’s operations in Mexico.
Alicia holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM). She received a Graduate Certificate in Business and Administration from Harvard University Extension Program. In 2006, Alicia was selected as an international fellow for the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Women’s Leadership Executive program at Harvard and Cambridge universities, and served as a member of the IWF Mexico chapter.

Miguel es Ingeniero Civil Industrial de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, con más de 20 años de experiencia en consultoría en Retail y desarrollando proyectos de implementación de soluciones de software para distintas Cadenas de Comercio Detallista en Latinoamérica. En su rol de Director de Industria Retail, se focaliza en la creación de la visión estratégica para las Cadenas Detallistas que están interesadas en alinear sus procesos a la Transformación Digital que vive la industria. Trabaja con los equipos gerenciales y ejecutivos en la construcción de mapas de rutas para la adopción de nuevas prácticas, procesos y soluciones de software de Blue Yonder. Se incorporó a la compañía en 1996 y desde esa fecha ha cumplido roles de especialista de soluciones, jefe de proyecto, director de servicios, comercialización de servicios y soluciones así como de Country Manager.
